Put yourself in his shoes. You are a very wealthy, influential person. Everybody loves you and wants you on their team. You lead organizations, start charities, serve regularly in ministry, and are active in your community. You get into real estate and have multiple properties and businesses that you own. You have a loving spouse and several adoring children. You are, in a sense, on top of the world.
But then…NOTHING. In just a few short weeks, all of that is gone. Your property, your wealth, your investments – even all of your children. Gone.
What would you do?
Today marked the conclusion of a four year chapter in my life at The Master’s College. Although graduation isn’t until Friday, I have concluded all of my academic classes!
While I am so grateful for my time at The Master’s College, I don’t really see this as an ending – rather a beginning. Even though I have finished my college career for now, I don’t plan on ever stopping learning. As one person stated:
You never stop learning
You should never stop learning
Learning is not just a gift, it’s a privilege.
Learning is one of the greatest keys to success and already, even though I just finished my last class this morning, I already know what the next three things I am going to be studying are (I’ll be sharing soon). I have been looking at many possibilities both professionally and in some amazing new projects and will be posting along the way what I learn
This week I started learning about international music theory from Professor Sarah Wallin Huff in preparation for my next project. This week’s region? The Middle East!
Now that the concerts are over, many people have been asking me what the next song or story is going to be? While I do have a few ideas, I would love to hear from you!
If you have any ideas on what you think the next song and/or story should be, please comment below to let me know what you think!
Several people have approached me recently wondering what the difference is between the two concerts (February 27 and March 6). I wanted to help clear that up so that you can decide which concert you would like to go to.

Hope this helps and I can’t wait to see you there!
This is a little overdue in posting, but I wanted to share with you some of the pictures we took at our last choir rehearsal this past Monday. I greatly appreciate conductor Taylor Arnone and all of his hard work as we bring the music to life. I have really enjoyed working with all of these people and we have had a blast putting this together!
Just got a write up from the Santa Clarita radio station. The concert tomorrow is one of the top 5 things they recommend to do this week. Take a look!
With the upcoming world premier only seven days away, I was honored to be interviewed by TMC Communications major Caleb Chandler regarding the upcoming work.
Caleb really did a wonderful job capturing, not only what The Light Princess is about, but also the story of how the concert came to be.

Just got my dress for the upcoming concerts and got to try it on for the first time! I’m so excited!
Just 28 days left until the world premier of my music. Make sure you save the date!
Less than 30 days left until the world premier of The Light Princess and other works! Be sure to save the date!
Fun Fact: Did you now that both concerts will be premiering different music? Other than the Light Princess (which will be at both), the rest of the music is completely new! So if you can, come to both! :o)
